Kaisa Cybulski
Head Nurse
Kasia is a licensed registered nurse in the state of Illinois with a bachelor’s degree in science and nursing from Purdue University. During her time as a RN, she worked as a disability nurse for 3 years with a focus on pediatric disability. As a natural transition from disability, she started working for PRO Medical as an Orthopedic Nurse with focus on stem cell recruitment and plasma rich protein harvesting from October 2019.
Besides her roles as a nurse, she has been a part of the PRO family since 2013, when she started working as a rehab technician in high school and through college. Her passions in the field started from working with patients and athletes who require chronic pain control and injury rehabilitation. Her roles in PRO Sports & Spinal Rehab include the cooperation between a multitude of healthcare personnel including Orthopedic Physicians, pain specialists, Physical Therapists, Chiropractic Doctors & Athletic Trainers to ensure the patient is receiving a holistic approach to their care. Outside of her career she enjoys spending time with her family, participating in outdoor recreational activities, and traveling.

Connor Pickard, LAT, ATC
Certified Athletic Trainer
Graduating Eastern Illinois University in 2016, Connor studied athletic training and exercise science. After completing an internship at a PT clinic, Connor found the love of rehabilitative exercise and hands on treatment. He is currently an ATC in our Plainfield clinic and the director at our McCook (MAX) location As well as keeping our patients healthy, he enjoys snowboarding, kayaking, and hiking.

Janice Novak, LMT
Licenced Massage Therapist
Janice graduated from the Wellness and Massage Training Institute in April of 2010. Janice's knowledge base consists of Deep tissue/sports massage, Hot Stone Massage, Swedish Massage, Kinesiology, Myofascial Release/Range of Motion, Neuromuscular Reprogramming, Meditation, as well as Reflexology. She continues to read and interact with many others in the Therapeutic Massage industry and learns something new almost every day.
The focus in her sessions is to help patients to get relief from pain, help reduce adhesions from scars or other physical traumas, reduce stress, ease muscle and joint pain, reduce tension and holding patterns and much more.

Richelle Nelson
Licenced Massage Therapist
Richelle graduated in 2015 with honors from Soma Institute for clinical massage therapy in Chicago. She specializes in deep tissue manipulation, myofascial release techniques, sports massage, headache relief, relaxation techniques, along with cupping and prenta/women’s health massage. Focusing in on women who suffer from endometriosis. Richell also has a passion for the overall holistic approach to health. Her desire to help people is what led her to a career in massage therapy.
